Absolutely zero communication during the process. Was in transit (stationary) for 3 days before finally moving, also to mention that it took 3 days to process as well. The time was not the issue though, it was lack of communication. No ETA was given for the product from processing though transit until like 2 days before. I even emailed and still got zero response. For something worth $60+ I would at least like an ETA 😭

I love it, but I had a problem online. I couldn't pick an "icon" for an event and they picked it for me and wouldn't let me change it so I have one irrelevant wooden icon for an event. It is nice except for a Bishop's hat marking a date. The hat means nothing to us so it gets an 7 or 8 out of an otherwise 10.
