🔁 1. Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
📦 2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
🚫 3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom text, design, or color).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong size, color, or shipping address).
🛠️ 4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the issue.
We will either:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost

For items returned due to our error, we cover all shipping costs and offer a full refund.
If the refund request is made at your own discretion, a $10 restocking fee for each item will apply. In such cases, we can only process a maximum refund of 100% of the physical product value minus the restocking fee.
Shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
